Troubleshooting

There is nothing more bugging than a bug. 🐛 Here’s a list of all possible issues you may come across on xfree.com and their troubleshooting.

I forgot my password or have issues with signing in

In case you are having issues with signing in, the most likely cause is that your email address or password is wrong. 
In case you forgot your password, you can easily reset it.

On mobile: 

  1. Tap on the three lines in the upper left corner
  2. Tap Log in / Sign up 
  3. Type in the email address that you chose when registering
  4. Tap on Click here that follows the “If you forgot your password
  5. Double check your email and tap Reset your password 
  6. You will receive an email with the password reset link; open the link. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder.
  7. A new window will open. Choose your new password and tap Set new password
  8. Great job! You are now free to browse on xfree.com!

On desktop: 

  1. Click on your Profile picture icon in the upper-right corner 
  2. Click Log in / Sign up 
  3. Type in the email address that you chose when registering
  4. Hit Click here that follows the “If you forgot your password
  5. Double-check your email and click Reset your password 
  6. You will receive an email with the password reset link; open the link. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder.
  7. A new window will open. Choose your new password and click Set new password
  8. Awesome! Nothing can stop you now from the joy of being on xfree.com! 

🙋🏼‍♂️ Keep in mind that the password reset link expires after 24 hours. Therefore, you will need to generate a new one after this time elapses.
