There is nothing more bugging than a bug. 🐛 Here’s a list of all possible issues you may come across on xfree.com and their troubleshooting.
I created a new category, but the category is not visible
Thanks for being a creative mind; we always appreciate one! 🧑🎨
If you have created a new category no one has used yet, it may not appear in the search results just yet. Here’s why.
Search bar
Remember that it takes at least 5 approved-with-a-reward uploads to be tagged with the same #category for it to be visible in the search bar’s autocomplete.
All categories
To have your tag visible in the complete list of categories, at least 3 successful uploads are required.
Sidebar
And finally, at least 30 approved-with-a-reward uploads with the same tag are needed to be visible in the sidebar’s list of categories.
