Why is my Upload Feature locked?
🫣 Oh no! Let us explain – at xfree.com, we're committed to providing our viewers with top-tier quality content. To uphold this promise, we've implemented several tools to ensure it. If you see a message that says your Upload feature is on hold, there's an explanation for it. 👇
So why is my Upload Feature locked?
Simply because some of your past uploads were a bit below our standards. Our system tracks your upload history, including the number of approved videos. If your upload-to-approve ratio drops below 30% within a 14-day period, your Upload feature will be temporarily on hold. However, this is not a permanent restriction, so don't worry! 💁♀️
When can I start uploading again?
Although we cannot give you a specific date as the reset period is in a constant loop, we can guarantee that your Upload feature will not be locked for more than 14 days. So sit back, relax, and wait for your Upload feature to be reactivated – if you’re lucky, it will be only a couple of days. 🍀
