It has been 30 days. Why did I not receive the payout yet? 🫰
Hang tight — a payout can take a little longer than expected for a few normal reasons. Let's check them off. 🔍
It may already be on its way. We send approved payouts within 30 days — and then your provider needs a bit more time to deliver it: Bank Wire takes 3–5 business days, SEPA 1–2. So if yours was sent recently, it's most likely still in transit.
We might be waiting on you. If a detail was missing from your request, or your verification (ID, selfie, or proof of address) isn't fully complete, the payout pauses until it's sorted. Check your notifications and the email linked to your account — we may have reached out.
Extra security checks. Now and then a request needs a closer look before we can release it. If that's the case, we'll ask you for a little more info — once it's confirmed, your payout carries on.
