We’ve introduced a reward system to support our creators in doing a great job. Here’s where you can learn everything about it. 💰
How do I check my reward balance? 🫰🏻
Been busy as a bee with uploading successful videos? 🐝 You may want to check how much you've earned so far. It all lives in your My Wallet.
On mobile:
- Tap your Profile icon at the bottom-right corner 👤
- Tap My Wallet — your balance, this week's earnings and what's ready to pay out are all there!
On mobile:

On desktop:
- Open Settings from the upper-right menu 👤
- Go to My Wallet to see your full earnings overview and request a payout.
Not sure when you can cash out? Find out exactly when you can withdraw from your balance.
🙋🏻 A quick note on the numbers in My Wallet: Total earnings is everything you've ever made on xfree — it only ever goes up. Available to pay out is what you can actually withdraw right now, and it drops after each payout. So if the two don't match, that's why: one is your all-time total, the other is your current balance. 😉
